When you check in on the first day of camp, let the staff member know so proper attention can be given. Please bring your items in a zip-lock bag (or container) with your campers name on it.
Camp continues through rain, but in case of a lightning storm in close proximity to camp, play will be halted and campers moved to cover until a minimum of 30 minutes have passed.
We do not offer reimbursement for weather delays, however, if enough time is missed, we will email out "homework" of camp activities for players to practice at home. Depending on delay time, lunch break will be shortened throughout the week to make up for missed time.
If your camper will miss the last day, please let your coach know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to get you everything before the last day. If you have a friend participating in the same camp, your friend can let their coach know and pick that up for your child.
Our placement system puts campers into groups with other players of similar ability and experience levels. Due to this being a small camp containing 15-25 players everyone may be either grouped together or split into two groups. The placement is designed to give each player their own best chance for success.
You will need to check in your child on the first day of camp. Look for our registration table at the front gate of the varsity field when you pull into the school. Once all players are checked in Coaches will call the players in to start the camp. We encourage participants to arrive early on the first day of any program as there may be a line to check-in.
